Questioning the reality of life and death has led one housewife along an adventurous path towards discovery
A True Story
'As far as we knew we were a group of friends meeting to share a cup of tea. But when our conversation turned to sharing our curiosity about the potential reality of psychic abilities in general, it wasn’t long before the tea and biscuits led to something stronger, and we found ourselves turning to the Spirits'
‘Spirits in a Teacup’ is an engaging read for adherents and sceptics alike.Thank you, it has been a great pleasure reading through this fascinating book.David Painter-Kooiman BSc
Christine Di Nucci, was born in 1946 in the then small, sleepy, mudside town of Clevedon in Somerset.
Her earliest years were lived in part of a large house on the sea front. This building is currently known as the Heritage Centre. Remaining in Clevedon throughout her childhood, she attended Wycliffe Girls School in Linden Road.
Leaving her family home at 18, Chris then moved to enjoy the bright lights of Bristol, where for the most part she has lived ever since. Now married to husband Alan, she has two sons and a grandson that live locally.
Chris has never considered herself to have any psychic ability, spiritual sensitivity or mediumship awareness. In fact (until a few years ago) had anything gone bump in the night, she would certainly have responded practically. Why has this book been written?
Since founding the Bristol Spirit Lodge Circle in February 2007, Chris has felt inspired to regularly update the lodge web site with reports of most seances held. Many of these reports have audio files included. Most recently she has felt encouraged to put together a paper version, as within book form the information within may become circulated to offer spiritual guidance well beyond her earthly life time and the active years of the web site.
